UPSC CSE Exam Admit Card 2024. Check Admit Card for Civil Services Exam Date, Paper Pattern and Syllabus at upsc.gov.in
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct a written examination of UPSC CSE 2024. This exam is called a Civil Services Examination (CSE) as through this exam the selected candidates will be posted as an IAS, IPS, IFS & other posts. The UPSC has completed the recruitment process. Earlier the UPSC set the UPSC Prelims exam date on 26 May 2024 but due to some reasons the UPSC CSE Exam Date was changed. Now the UPSC is all prepared to conduct Preliminary Examination on 16th June 2024. The UPSC CSE Admit Cards has been released on 30 May 2024 on the official portal of UPSC. Registered candidates will be able to download by entering their registration id and password.
The officials accepted the application from 14 February 2024 to 05 March 2024. The selected candidates will be able to sit for the mains exam. The prelims exam will be qualifying in nature only which means marks obtained in the prelims exam will not be counted for further in the merit list. For the UPSC IAS IPS IFS Prelims Exam the candidates will be provided an E-Admit Card, which the candidates will have to download and print in a hard copy.

Exam Pattern for UPSC IAS Prelims Exam 2024
- The UPSC CSE Prelims Exam will be of Objective Type.
- There will be Two Papers i.e. paper – I & Paper – II.
- Both the papers will be conducted through offline mode in OMR sheet.
- Paper – I will contain 100 questions for 200 marks.
- Paper – II will contain 80 questions for 200 marks.
- Time duration will be of 2 hours in each paper.
- A negative marking of 1/3 will also be there.
